第1条 適用
本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、Live Log（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。ユーザーは本規約に同意した上で本アプリをご利用ください。
第2条 サービス内容
本アプリは、ライブ・コンサートの記録・管理を目的としたモバイルアプリケーションです。主な機能は以下のとおりです。
- ライブイベントの登録・編集・削除
- セットリストの記録
- チケット・会場情報の管理
- 統計情報の表示
- データのCSVエクスポート
第3条 禁止事項
ユーザーは以下の行為を行ってはなりません。
- 本アプリの逆コンパイル・リバースエンジニアリング
- 本アプリを利用した違法行為
- 他のユーザーまたは第三者への迷惑行為
- その他、開発者が不適切と判断する行為
第4条 免責事項
本アプリは現状有姿（as-is）で提供されます。開発者は、本アプリの利用によって生じたいかなる損害に対しても責任を負いません。
データのバックアップはユーザー自身の責任で行ってください。デバイスの故障・初期化等によるデータ消失について、開発者は補償いたしません。
第5条 知的財産権
本アプリに関する著作権およびその他の知的財産権は、開発者に帰属します。ユーザーが入力したデータの権利はユーザー本人に帰属します。
第6条 規約の変更
開発者は、必要に応じて本規約を変更することがあります。変更後の規約はアプリのアップデートまたはウェブサイト上での告知をもって効力を生じます。
第7条 準拠法・管轄
本規約の解釈には日本法を準拠法とし、紛争が生じた場合は開発者の所在地を管轄する裁判所を専属的合意管轄とします。

1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Live Log ("the App"). By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Description of Service
Live Log is a mobile application for recording and managing live concert experiences. Key features include:
- Adding, editing, and deleting live events
- Recording setlists
- Managing ticket and venue information
- Viewing statistics
- Exporting data as CSV
3. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Decompile, reverse-engineer, or disassemble the App
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Harass or harm other users or third parties
- Engage in any activity deemed inappropriate by the developer
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind. The developer is not liable for any damages arising from the use of the App.
You are responsible for backing up your own data. The developer is not responsible for data loss due to device failure, reset, or other causes.
5. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the App belong to the developer. Data entered by users remains the property of the respective user.
6. Changes to Terms
The developer may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect upon notification through an App update or website announcement.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the developer's jurisdiction.
